Job summary

Light & Wonder is assembling a senior engineering team in Austin to own complex agentic workflows from UI to model execution. You will work across a React front‑end, a C#/.NET orchestration layer, and tool integrations to deliver responsive agents that feel like refined, intelligent products.

You will orchestrate multi‑agent patterns, design robust evaluations, and ensure reliability in production. The role emphasizes async patterns, scalable architecture, and enterprise integration with Azure

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with both front- and back-end depth.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET (modern versions) and async patterns.
• Strong TypeScript/React skills for front-end work.
• Experience shipping production systems that use LLMs end-to-end with multi-step orchestration.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar frameworks quickly and write production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end agent workflows (UI, orchestration, tool integrations).
• Build embedded agent interfaces using AG-UI and CopilotKit.
• Implement robust orchestration with Microsoft Agent Framework (.NET).
• Integrate with low-code platforms (N8N) for edge-case workflows.
• Develop thorough evaluations (behavioral/regression/adversarial) for shipped workflows.
• Collaborate with Data and Platform Engineering on data surfaces and observability.
