Job summary

Covetus is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer in Irving, TX to design and deploy advanced AI solutions across multiple domains. You will collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical AI specifications.

The role requires data wrangling, model training, evaluation, and responsible deployment of state-of-the-art techniques including NLP, CV, and generative models.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python with major ML libraries.
• Experience with open-source Gen AI LLMs (e.g., Llama, Dolly).
• Strong understanding of ML, NLP, deep learning, neural networks, transformers.
• Experience with Generative AI techniques: GANs, text-to-image generation, text generation models.
• Data wrangling: SQL, data cleaning, feature engineering.
• Experience with hyperscalers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• CI/CD for on-prem and cloud development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions to solve complex business problems across various domains.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical specifications for AI models.
• Gather, clean, and prepare data for training and evaluating sophisticated AI models, ensuring data quality and ethical considerations.
• Explore and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision tailored to specific needs.
• Evaluate and compare different AI model architectures and hyperparameters to optimize performance and address biases.
