Job summary

Volto Consulting is seeking a Gen AI Developer with 8-15 years of experience to work across Bellevue, WA and Richardson/Plano, TX. You will design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion-type systems, while building data pipelines and MLOps capabilities.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, optimize models for performance and cost, and stay ahead of the latest Gen AI research.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine learning or data science.
• Hands-on with generative models and LLMs.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP).
• Strong Python programming skills and related libraries.
• Experience with RAG and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy generative AI models for applications.
• Train and optimize large language models for NLP tasks.
• Develop robust data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Deploy ML models in production with TensorFlow/PyTorch/Hugging Face.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and cost on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with product, data, and software teams to align AI solutions.
• Stay updated with Gen AI research and deploy retraining/versioning.
• Ensure systems meet ethics and compliance requirements.
