Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure cloud architectures and drive broad adoption of AWS services across enterprise customers. You’ll collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to craft innovative, implementable cloud solutions that meet diverse business needs.

You will guide customers through architectural decisions, write technical publications, and contribute to AI-driven workstreams using Bedrock and SageMaker.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
• 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
• 4+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in deep architectural and design discussions to create world-class solutions built on AWS while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates.
• Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and proof of concepts.
• In partnership with the sales team, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives through the adoption of AWS.
• Design and implement generative AI architectures that orchestrate complex workflows across enterprise systems, leveraging AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Amazon Q
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps and implementation plans for generative AI solutions that align with customers’ business objectives and existing architecture
• Travel is expected to be 20%.
