The role requires deep expertise in AI/ML, NLP, confidence with AWS services, and strong Python programming. Collaboration across teams and agile practices are expected to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in application/framework development.
• 5+ years in AI/ML app development with generative AI focus.
• Hands-on with AWS services including Bedrock, S3, SageMaker, CDK, Lambda.
• Experience with generative AI models, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain).
• Document processing, data extraction, NLP, and AI security awareness.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain intelligent automation solutions with generative AI.
• Build AI applications with embedded AI/ML capabilities and AWS infrastructure.
• Create API endpoints and integrations for AI/ML services.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to embed AI in business functions.
