Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency in Python.
• At least 3+ years practical experience building AI/ML products and applications with Generative AI technologies (RAG, ReAct, LangChain).
• Experience leading aspects of product development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end model development lifecycle with reproducible research and deliverable software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy models into production.
• Translate complex business problems into defined projects with clear scope and timelines.
• Innovate and iterate rapidly, learning from data and failures.
