Job summary

VistaPrint is pioneering a Context-aware Customer Experience with an Agentic Reasoning Layer that sits on top of fmX rankers. You will lead the evolution of recommendations into the Generative AI era, building the agentic reasoning layer and MCP servers for modular tool access by AI agents.

You will bridge traditional data science with LLM orchestration, develop propensity models and segmentation, and partner with product and engineering leadership to drive a model-driven, scalable AI strategy

Qualifications

Advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
8+ years building and deploying ML models and deep learning systems at scale.
Experience with Agentic AI, AI Agent Orchestration frameworks, and reasoning layers.
Experience bridging data science with LLM orchestration in production contexts.

Responsibilities

Bridge ML/DS modeling with modern LLM application layers for agentic use cases.
Design and build an agentic reasoning layer around fmX models and rankers.
Develop MCP servers to expose core models and data as modular tools for AI agents.
Translate real-time signals into structured intents for the fmX pipeline.
Build propensity models and customer segmentation to drive business outcomes.
Champion AI strategy and align engineering and product teams toward a model-driven approach.
