Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 7+ years of proven experience in a relevant technology domain, with preference for software engineering and AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data and machine learning pipelines (AWS or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native products transforming large-scale geospatial data into actionable intelligence.
• Design multi-agent workflows with orchestration frameworks to enable autonomous reasoning and execution.
• Integrate state-of-the-art LLMs to power contextual analysis and adaptive decision-making.
• Engineer agents for dynamic tool use, structured reasoning, and iterative self-refinement.
• Develop data ingestion and transformation layers for pattern-of-life analysis and predictive analytics.
• Ensure secure, scalable integrations across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Create feedback loops to improve model reliability and trustworthiness.
• Deploy and operate AI systems in production with DevOps practices.
• Leverage AI development agents for design, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices for AI-first development.
