Baker Hughes is seeking an AI/ML Engineer in Houston to design and deploy data-driven solutions for the Cordant product suite. You will work across data engineering, analytics, ML, and agentic AI to deliver scalable, value-driven AI capabilities.

Responsibilities include building AI workflows, implementing RAG and copilots, and ensuring secure, governed deployments with modern MLOps practices. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or STEM fields required.
• Experience with AI/ML, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions for the Cordant product suite.
• Design scalable data pipelines and AI workflows with structured and unstructured data.
• Develop Generative AI and Agentic AI applications, including copilots and assistants.
• Implement RAG, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML solutions with MLOps and LLMOps best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams, domain experts, and engineers to deliver value.
