Qualifications

Pay: $26.18/Hour

Overview

• The role is responsible for employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and workforce initiatives.
• Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, engagement, performance management, and situational leadership.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute engagement and retention strategies
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract and onboard top talent.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support leave of absence matters, partnering with HR Centers of Excellence as needed
• Analyze and report HR metrics, identify trends, and support problem-solving efforts to improve business outcomes.
