The Clinical Nurse II 12 AWS is responsible for the planning and delivery of family-centered patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborates with patient/family and other professional disciplines. Creates a partnership to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery for the achievement of mutually desired patient outcomes. Supports the organization's vision and mission. Promotes and provides excellence in nursing care.
Minimum $52.16 Midpoint $67.81 Maximum $83.46. Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Light - Moderate energy level Lift and carry 25-35 lbs. Push/pull 50-100 lbs. (i.e., empty bed, stretcher).
