• Lead and Motivate: Oversee the daily activities of the Sort Team, assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

• Ensure Quality: Perform quality checks to ensure materials are sorted according to company standards while minimizing errors.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Work alongside your team to meet production goals, address equipment or inventory concerns, and maintain efficient workflows.
