Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a warehouse associate to join our flexible, short-term production mandate platform in Fontana, CA. You will tend machines, sort and count materials, assist with general warehouse tasks, and perform basic quality checks. No specific experience required—just reliability and a strong work ethic.

This role offers weekly pay and the ability to work around your schedule. Dress code is basic warehouse attire, safety shoes, and adherence to on-site instructions.

• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement (e.g., using hand carts).
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.
