Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a General Warehouse Worker for a 1–2 month assignment in Miramar, FL. You will handle packaging, palletizing, and equipment operation while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow SOPs; forklift certification is required or candidates must be willing to obtain certification. Working hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced packing/warehouse environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to operate sit-down lift trucks (certified or willing to obtain certification).
• Basic math, reading, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap products and pallets with consistent quality.
• Implement and maintain standard 5S principles.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
• Manually lift (or team-lift) boxes up to 60 lbs.
• Assist with unloading containers and verifying product specifications.
• Operate packaging machinery and sit-down lift trucks (certification required).
• Follow shop orders and quality instructions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and complete mandatory trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned across all warehouse operational areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards daily.
• Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
• Attend and participate in the weekly work schedule meetings.
