Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required, plus appropriate certifications and a signed scope of practice/protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Nursing and Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or related NP program.
• Nurse Practitioner license with valid state credentialing and scope.
• Physician Assistant: graduate of an accredited PA program and NCCPA certification.

Responsabilités

• Practices in accordance with safe and effective standards of care.
• Communicates with physicians, peers, nursing staff and other providers.
• Develops differential diagnoses and plans of care.
• Interprets labs, imaging and data and discusses with team and patient.
• Evaluates patient response and health status; supports health promotion.
• Provides record keeping including histories, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and cost-conscious care.
• Assists in development and revision of standards for patient populations.
• Participates in clinical research and education programs.
