Job summary

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a General Surgeon for a mobile wound care role across facilities in Indiana. Work weekdays 7 am–4 pm, with options for part-time; no nights or weekend shifts.

You will care for patients at bedside, participate in weekly rounds, and complete a 6-month wound fellowship with paid training. W2 employment with full benefits; travel within 40–60 miles of practice location.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (Skilled Nursing/ LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day and treat 20–30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time during rounds using our EMR.
• Participate in paid onboarding training and a 6‑month wound fellowship.
