Lever, Inc. seeks a General Surgeon to join a national wound physician group for bedside wound care across SNFs and LTACs. This mobile role offers autonomy, no nights or weekends, and a flexible schedule.

Full-time or part-time options are available with paid training, W2 employment, and benefits. Physicians travel within a 40-60 mile radius of Batavia, NY,Perform 20-30 patient visits daily with real-time EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Ability to work 3 weekdays per week minimum.
• Familiarity with bedside wound care and post-acute settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in SNFs and LTAC hospitals.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• See 20-30 patients per day across 2-3 facilities.
• Document care in real-time using EMR.
• Travel within a 40-60 mile radius of practice location.
