Skilled Wound Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking a General Surgeon to lead wound care initiatives with a no-call, Monday–Friday lifestyle. The role offers full-time or part-time options, autonomy, and a pathway to practice outside high-pressure hospital systems.

Ideal candidates have an MD/DO, AZ license, and are comfortable performing bedside debridement and wound care. Excellent documentation and collaboration in SNFs are essential for success.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with unrestricted state license.
• AZ medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Surgical and bedside debridement procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing wounds.
• Advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and post-acute settings.
