Skilled Wound Care in Tucson, AZ seeks General Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities. No-Call lifestyle with Monday–Friday hours, and full‑time or part‑time options with earnings up to $500,000 per year for full‑time physicians.

Responsibilities include debridement, wound evaluation and advanced dressings, plus collaborative care in post-acute settings as you maintain surgical skills in a focused wound care role.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one).
• DEA License: DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Open Background: We welcome surgeons of all backgrounds and provide wound care training.

Responsabilités

• Surgical and bedside debridement and other bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non‑healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, following patients through healing.
