Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring General Surgeons to lead wound care initiatives across skilled nursing facilities. This position offers a no-call weekday schedule and the option of full-time or part-time work, with lucrative earnings for full-time physicians.

You will perform debridement and bedside procedures, maintain clinical autonomy, and enjoy streamlined documentation designed to reduce after-hours charting. MD or DO, California license, and active DEA are required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
• DEA license (or eligibility).
• Open background welcomed; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluation and treatment of chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Advanced dressings and wound protocols.
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, following patients through healing.
