Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking physicians to lead wound care initiatives with a no-call, Monday–Friday schedule. Practice includes surgical debridement, advanced wound therapies, and autonomy in patient care. Positions available in part-time or full-time formats across SNFs in the area.

The role emphasizes hands-on procedures, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to see patients heal while avoiding typical call obligations. All specialties welcome with training provided.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Unrestricted medical license in the state of practice (or eligible).
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• No residency or board certification required; comprehensive wound care training provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical debridement and bedside procedures.
• Evaluate and treat chronic, non-healing and complex wounds.
• Collaborate with skilled nursing facilities and post‑acute care teams.
• Provide patient care with clinical autonomy and direct patient outcomes.
