Temple Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible General Surgeon to join our growing surgical program at Jeanes Hospital, part of Temple University Health System. The position offers breadth of practice and collaboration within a university-affiliated health system.

The ideal candidate will build a busy elective general surgery service, participate in acute care and emergency call, and teach residents and medical students in a university hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a busy elective general surgery practice at Jeanes Hospital.
• Maintain a broad operative practice with elective and emergency general surgery.
• Participate in acute care and emergency general surgery call.
• Teach and work with Temple surgical residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, APPs, nurses and other specialists across Temple Health.
