He/she has ultimate responsibility to manage all field activities required to execute the project safely, within budget, and on schedule. General Superintendent Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years prior relevant experience.
• Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areas.
• Mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
