Jobot in Tempe, AZ is seeking a General Superintendent for electrical construction on high-profile commercial and data center projects. This role provides field leadership across large crews and requires coordinating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to code.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction, especially data centers.
• Proven track record as General/Senior Superintendent or similar senior field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale project execution, safety, and quality.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and coordinate with PMs, clients, and subs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall field leadership and direction for large-scale electrical construction projects.
• Oversee General Foremen, Foremen, electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
• Develop and manage manpower plans, schedules, materials, equipment, and field resources.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and other trades.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.
• Identify issues and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
• Ensure safe, efficient execution per plans, codes and specs.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all jobsites.
• Mentor and develop field leadership for next generation.
• Participate in planning, scheduling, forecasting, and coordination meetings.
• Help ensure successful project delivery from mobilization through completion.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in commercial electrical construction - specifically Data Centers
• Proven experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar senior field leadership role.
• Strong understanding of large-scale electrical construction and project execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple crews and field leaders.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, manpower planning, safety, and quality control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, data center, semiconductor, or other mission- critical projects is highly valued.
• A track record of successfully delivering complex electrical construction projects.
