  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Manage day‑to‑day field operations while maintaining productivity, safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and materials to maximize project efficiency.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, General Contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee electrical installations from layout through final inspection.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
  • Monitor project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges.
  • Mentor and develop field employees while fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
  • Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to successful project execution.
  • Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and exceptional customer service throughout every project.

Job Details

We're seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman to oversee field operations on commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. In this leadership role, you’ll serve as the primary connection between field teams and project leadership, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll lead crews, coordinate resources, mentor the next generation of electricians, and help deliver some of the most complex electrical projects in the Southwest.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.

Work Environment

This position includes both indoor and outdoor work environments and requires the ability to work safely in active construction settings. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, working at heights, and wearing required personal protective equipment while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.
