Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Lead and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and subcontractor field teams.
• Develop and maintain site logistics plans, schedules, and manpower projections.
• Coordinate daily field operations across multiple trades to ensure efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and meet milestones.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with specs and codes.
• Conduct site walks, lead coordination meetings, communicate progress to leadership.
