Renowned for delivering complex infrastructure and site development projects, they continue to expand throughout Florida with a strong pipeline of public and private sector work.
As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced General Superintendent to provide operational leadership across Central Florida and the East Coast region, overseeing multiple large-scale earthwork, site development, and underground utility projects.
Projects typically range from $20M–$50M, with flagship projects reaching $100M–$150M.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the General Superintendent will be responsible for leading field operations across multiple concurrent projects. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving safety, production, quality, and operational excellence while mentoring and developing project Superintendents and field teams.
The successful candidate will be a respected field leader with extensive experience managing self-perform civil construction operations including mass grading, excavation, underground wet utilities, stormwater systems, roadwork, and large-scale site development.
