We are seeking an experienced High-Rise Building Superintendent with a strong background in multi-family properties within the South Florida market. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance team, ensuring the proper upkeep of residential high-rise buildings while maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This individual will also manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient property operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance and operations of high-rise residential buildings and multi-family properties.
2. Ensure properties comply with local, state, and company standards.
3. Coordinate and manage contractors for large-scale renovations and capital improvement projects.
4. Review and interpret high-rise building blueprints for maintenance and project planning.
5. Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
6. Implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and repair costs.
7. Maintain inventory and budget controls to ensure adequate supplies and cost efficiency.
8. Address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in building maintenance or property management are a plus.
2. Proven experience as a superintendent in high-rise residential buildings and multi-family properties.
3. Strong knowledge of South Florida building codes, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
4. Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
