The Role

The General Superintendent will lead field operations, ensuring project execution aligns with schedule, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, client relationships, pre-construction planning, construction oversight, and training.

Responsibilities

1. Monitor project schedules, quality, and SOP compliance.
2. Develop relationships with clients and architects to ensure satisfaction.
3. Recruit, mentor, and train field staff including superintendents and engineers.
4. Lead field teams on materials, sequencing, and construction methods.
5. Support business development efforts.
6. Participate in pre-construction activities like reviews, planning, and budgeting.
7. Oversee construction activities, safety, schedule adherence, and quality control.
8. Manage client meetings and maintain effective communication.
9. Coordinate training programs for field staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 15 years of general contracting experience.
• Relevant licenses and industry knowledge.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Working Conditions
