General Superintendent – High-Rise Commercial Construction

A highly regarded and rapidly growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial projects, including high-rise builds of 15+ stories. If you have a strong track record in overseeing complex, vertical construction and are ready to take the next step in your leadership career, we’d love to connect with you.

General Superintendent Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Superintendent on commercial high-rise projects (15+ stories)

• Strong history managing ground-up commercial construction, including structural concrete and steel

• Expertise in overseeing large teams and coordinating multiple superintendents and trades across all phases

• Skilled in safety enforcement, scheduling, and quality control

• Known for leading projects to completion on time and within budget

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• A degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not required
