Job summary

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Texas seeks a General Stores Analyst to manage materials, inventory and supplier performance to ensure production needs are met. You will report to the Manager, Volume Planning – General Stores and drive inventory control and operational excellence.

The role requires production control or automotive manufacturing experience, SAP/ERP proficiency, and strong MS Office/BI skills. A motor vehicle record acceptable by company standards is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in production control or automotive manufacturing.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and BI tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage General Stores inventory and material control via SAP and related systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels and lead times.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, suppliers, and 3PL partners.
• Generate reports and support KPI tracking and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and internal controls.
