What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who like to have fun managing, selling and closing. We can teach you the RV business and Fun Town's selling system, you must bring the enthusiasm, drive and desire to be successful.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of dealership management experience at the General Sales Manager level.
• RV dealership management experience preferred
• Employee management experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to interpret a profit and loss statements
• Excellent organizational/sequencing skills
• Must have enthusiasm and a great attitude
• Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone or in person
• Ability to understand profit and loss statements, budgets and financial statements
