Job summary

Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family and is hiring full-time General Service Technicians in the Daphne, AL area. You’ll perform essential tire services and basic maintenance while training alongside experienced technicians. This role offers growth opportunities within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
