Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family, and we are expanding our Mobile area team. We are seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Mobile, AL locations.

You will perform tire services, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while training on the job and advancing with the company. We offer competitive weekly pay, weekly incentives, and a structured path for growth into roles such as Alignment Technician or Service Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Paid training is provided.

Aufgaben

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
