Mavis Tire in Montgomery, AL is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our automotive service centers. Paid training, competitive weekly pay, and a clear path for career growth are offered.

Whether you have automotive experience or are starting fresh, you’ll perform essential tire and maintenance services and develop hands-on skills with guidance from experienced technicians while working in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Paid training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
