Mavis Tire is seeking Full-Time General Service Technicians for our Bessemer, AL service centers. We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities to advance within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Whether you have automotive experience or are building your skills, this role focuses on tire services, basic maintenance, and delivering quality service while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
