Mavis Tire is hiring full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at our Foley, AL locations. The role involves performing essential tire services and maintenance to keep customers safely on the road. Paid training is provided, and the position offers competitive weekly pay with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
