Mavis Tires & Brakes is hiring Full-Time General Service Technicians in the Birmingham, AL area. Join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers.

We offer paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth. As a General Service Technician, you'll mount and balance tires, perform oil and filter changes, check fluids, and assist with basic vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
