Pep Boys is now part of the Mavis Tire family and is hiring General Service Technicians in the Brownsburg, IN area. This full-time role offers paid training, competitive weekly pay, and opportunities for career growth within the nation's largest automotive service organization.

You'll perform essential maintenance and tire services, including mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, and inspections, while working with experienced automotive professionals. A $800 new hire bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, punctual and quick to learn in a fast-paced shop
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service

Responsabilités

• Dismounting/mounting tires and balancing wheels
• Oil and filter changes and fluid checks
• Inspecting for maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following procedures
• Providing quality service and timely completion of work
