Pep Boys is hiring General Service Technicians for our Franklin, IN area locations as part of the Mavis Tire family. Full-time roles with paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to advance within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
