Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians to join Team Mavis at centers in the Evansville, IN area. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a large automotive service network.

General Service Technicians perform essential tire and maintenance tasks, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to safe, efficient service for customers. Prior automotive experience is not required as training is provided.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.

Aufgaben

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
