Pep Boys is seeking full-time General Service Technicians at our Evansville, IN area centers as part of the Mavis Tire family. Paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and more are offered. A $800 new hire bonus is available for qualified applicants.

You’ll perform tire mounting/balancing, oil changes, fluid checks, and basic maintenance while upholding safety and quality standards. Join a team with opportunities for career growth in a large automotive network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Committed to safety, teamwork and quality service.

Responsabilités

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires
• Performing flat tire repairs
• Completing oil and filter changes
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Following established safety and service procedures
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles
