Job Description

The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The technician is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. The role requires delivering exceptional 5-star service through effective communication of vehicle issues and solutions, ensuring guest expectations for time and quality are met.

The hourly wage ranges from minimum wage up to $19.00, with potential additional compensation and incentives based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Performing basic vehicle services and repairs efficiently according to standards.
2. Handling tire services such as wheel removal, balancing, patching, mounting, and TPMS repairs.
3. Performing vehicle services like oil changes, lubrication, basic maintenance, and battery testing.
4. Completing Courtesy Inspections on every guest vehicle, identifying and communicating additional needs.
5. Assisting in inventory management and store duties to maintain cleanliness and readiness.
6. Adhering to safety standards and operating equipment safely.
7. Conducting test drives according to company policies.
8. Following all company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
9. Maintaining technical knowledge through training and operating equipment safely.
