Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce and recruiting Senior Technicians in General Facilities Maintenance. If you have relevant experience, bring your skills to our dynamic environment! Your role will involve overseeing routine maintenance tasks to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart stores, under the supervision of the General Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing facilities, equipment, and assets using various craft skills.
• Using work order systems to support store operations and document activities.
• Responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspecting and testing facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Completing safety and operational training.

Minimum Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/Technical certification and 1 year experience, or 2 years total work experience in trades like plumbing, electrical, or related.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfort working at heights and on ladders
