Job description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity to be a General Service Technician. The General Service Technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customer vehicles while delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards. Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires accurately.
• Perform lube/oil/filter changes on both domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections properly.
• Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs, including replacing headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste properly.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
