Job Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, is seeking a General Service Technician. The technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer service standards while adhering to internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires correctly.
2. Perform lube, oil, and filter changes on domestic and foreign vehicles.
3. Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections properly.
4. Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs, such as replacing headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
5. Work with management to ensure standards are met in productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste properly.
7. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
