Job description

Sullivan Tire, an employee-owned company, has an opportunity for a General Service Technician. The technician performs entry-level vehicle maintenance repairs and services on customer vehicles, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with store management to meet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards. Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Mount, dismount, balance, and repair passenger and light truck tires correctly.
2. Perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars properly.
3. Conduct and document vehicle safety inspections accurately.
4. Perform unsupervised vehicle maintenance repairs such as replacing headlights, fan belts, batteries, and wiper blades.
5. Work with store management to ensure standards are met.
6. Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures.
7. Maintain a clean work area and dispose of waste properly.
8. Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
