• Manage new and used vehicle inventory.
• Maintain internal control over inventory to prevent theft and damage.
• Maintain working relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere and work toward dealership goals.

#1 Cochran is looking to add a General Sales Manager at our Austintown Ford location!!

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing a successful and talented sales team. This individual will become proficient in driving an efficient omnichannel customer experience through our all-new, cutting-edge EXPRESSWAY sales process, and will have a thorough understanding of digital commerce and supporting technologies. Additionally, a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer care is critical in this role.

• Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Contribute to a cohesive dealership team atmosphere, working toward identified dealership goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be interested in training/mentoring additional sales professionals and encouraging a strong, inclusive team culture
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Tech savvy with solid experience in handling internet and phone inquiries
