Refloor is launching a General Sales Manager Development Program to immerse experienced leaders in sales and operations, preparing you to lead a location and a team. Training occurs in Detroit with local mentorship and hands-on leadership experience.

After training, you’ll relocate to a different state to manage a Refloor location as part of a fast-growing flooring company that values people, growth, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Local to Detroit market and able to train in person.
• Experience in residential/home sales, outside sales, or sales management.

• Metro Detroit candidates only : Must be local to the Detroit market. You'll begin your journey training hands-on with our team in Detroit, gaining real leadership and operational experience
• Relocate after training : Step into a leadership role in a new state, taking full ownership of a Refloor location

Who You Are:

• Currently local to the Detroit, MI market and able to train in person
• Experienced in residential/home sales, outside sales, or sales management.
• Willing and able to relocate to a different state after training.
• Strategic, results-driven, and passionate about coaching and developing others.
• Excited to gain hands-on operational and leadership experience in a growing market.
