CarGuys Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager to lead dealership operations, drive sales growth, and maintain customer satisfaction. You will oversee new and used vehicle operations, staff development, forecasting, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills, a hands-on approach to deals, and a track record of high CSI and sales volume, with long-term career stability.
